Lotus Resort

I was approached to collaborate on this project in the beginning of 2020. The brief, however, was a bit different than the usual: this time, I was asked to help develop a rough concept for a glamping resort, and to take a very basic idea through to realisation. My standard practice is creating beautiful imagery alongside architects who already have quite a clear idea of the finished product in mind, so this was an challenge I was rather excited about. The floating units had to be adaptable to any scenario…preferably a lake setting in Europe.I strove to create four different seasons/times/environments as backdrops for the units…all scenes are fully 3D. It has been hiding in the secret annals of my hard drive for almost 4 years, and I am delighted to finally be able to showcase this project that is rather close to my heart.
